Tahnya has over 18 years expert experience in organisational learning culture . She is values driven; dedicated to helping people achieve what they want ; through business coaching relationships. She is known to connect and form outstanding relationships across cultures , generations and socio demographics.Tahnya holds a Bachelor of International Business; European University Switzerland – continuing with Post Graduate development in the areas of learning organisation, executive coaching, educational kinesiology, positive psychology and NLP. She has co-authored a range of OD workplace products and proprietary products; most recently Creating Powerful Cultures toolkit.Her involvement inside business has elevated capability and business growth. Her contributions have been rewarded with success fees and industry uptake of the approaches she has built inside organizations. She is known for her risk appetite for investing-in and growing her own business’.She works across multiple industries including; FMCG, Energy, Engineering, Banking & Insurance, Publishing & Media, Luxury & Experience in Asia Pacific. Prior to consulting she held senior HR / OD roles at Unilever & Reed Elsevier . Sonia is an INSEAD, Immunity to Change and Action Learning business coach with over 30 years of corporate experience in multinational organisations such as HSBC, Midland Bank, Bank of America and Beecham Pharmaceuticals. Robert has held various senior executive positions ABN Amro in Europe, CEO in the U.S. and Asia, including heading its investment banking business in New York and as managing director of fixed income and foreign exchange in Tokyo.
