1. Employee Passion Survey
Passionate employees are focussed, engaged and committed to doing their best in everything they do. As a result, they deliver exceptional value to your customers, whether they are external or internal. The Employee Passion Survey covers three key areas: the level of passion across the team and organisation; knowing your employee’s needs and the degree to which they’re being satisfied; and how well your organisation is working to building trust-based relationships.
2. Team Alignment Survey
It may seem like common sense that team alignment is essential for teamwork – yet there are so many teams that fail to achieve alignment. Usually, this is due to team members not understanding what alignment really means, not focussing on getting into alignment in critical areas, and finally, a lack of trust, which prevents open, frank dialogue. The Team Alignment Survey gives organisations the ability to identify where the team sits across these three areas and helps them work towards greater team alignment.
3. Flexibility and Trust Survey
Flexible people tend to have the ability to gain endorsement for their initiatives, projects and proposals – an important skill for any great leader. The Flexibility and Trust Survey measures an individuals’ capabilities around interpersonal flexibility and interpersonal trust building skills, both of which are essential attributes in being able to gain this endorsement.
